When infringement notice may be issued
362 When infringement notice may be issued
An immigration officer may issue
an infringement notice to a person if the officer believes on reasonable
grounds that the person is committing, or has committed, an
infringement offence.
History: Section 362: replaced, on 6 January 2024, by
section 9 of the Worker Protection (Migrant and Other Employees) Act 2023
(2023 No 36).
