Failure to notify arrival of ship carrying oil or noxious liquid substance
240 Failure to notify arrival of ship carrying oil or noxious liquid substance
The master and the owner of a ship commit an offence if, without reasonable
excuse, the ship arrives at a port in New Zealand carrying oil, or any noxious
liquid substance, in bulk as cargo without notice of its arrival having been
given in accordance with the provisions of section 229 .
