HYDRO 2007, Australian Hydrographic Service Symposium and Ocean Mapping Group Multibeam Course

Marine Safety Conference 2008

Organised by the National Marine Safety Committee.

The Marine Safety Conference 2008 will showcase the latest in national marine safety standards for commercial and recreational vessels. Following on from five very successful conferences organised by the NMSC, this event is set to be the best one yet as it engages Australian and international experts in marine safety.

CEO Maurene Horder said the NMSC’s will be showcasing national marine safety standards for commercial and recreational vessels.

Call for Papers: The NMSC is now calling for abstracts of papers from a wide range of topic areas including commercial operations, engineering, innovation in boat design and manufacturing, surveying, recreational boating, training and skills development, environmental management and legal issues.

Potential speakers should email their abstract (maximum one page), a short biography and full contact details to NMSC, email secretariat@nmsc.gov.au, by 14 August 2007.

Coast to Coast 2008
