Australian Capital Territory Current Acts Australian Capital Territory Current Acts(1) This section applies if, immediately before the participation day for a participating jurisdiction, a person was appointed as a member of a list of persons approved to be appointed as members of a body that exercised functions that correspond to a panel for a health profession.
(2) From the participation day, the person is taken to have been appointed by the National Board established for the health profession to the list kept by that Board under section 183.
