Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Secretary may, in writing, ask a licence holder who has submitted a tariff under s ub s ection 25 (1) or (2) to give the Secretary additional information to assist the Secretary to make a decision under s ubs ection 26 (1) .
(2) If the Secretary makes a request under subsection ( 1) in relation to a tariff, the period mentioned in subsection 26 (4) in relation to the tariff is suspended from the day the request i s made until the end of the day the Secretary receives the information.
