PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 104
Effect of repealed Officers' Rights Declaration Act ceasing to apply to officer
104. (1) Section 87V of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph
(1) (c) ''49 or'' before ''50''.
(2) Section 87V of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-paragraph
(1) (c) (ii) ''50'' and substituting ''49, 50, 50DA''.
