PUBLIC SERVICE REFORM ACT 1984 No. 63, 1984 - SECT 105

Provisions relating to former officers who resigned to join certain commissions 

105. (1) Section 87ZA of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
paragraph (2) (a) ''of the Division of which he was last an officer''.

(2) Section 87ZA of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraph (2) (a) ''and'';

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) ''determines; and'' and
        substituting ''determines.''; and

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (2) (c).
