Revision of Safety Case to apply to Consent to use
6. If the Safety Case in force for a facility is revised under Part 3, the
Consent to use the facility is taken, for the purposes of these Regulations,
to be revised accordingly.
[NOTE: For the meaning of "Safety Case in force for a facility", see subr. 3
(1).]
[NOTE: Making of applications (however described)-if no other time limit is
specified, the application must be made within 28 days; see r. 45.]
