MANUFACTURED HOMES (RESIDENTIAL PARKS) ACT 2003 - SECT 42

42 Application of pt 7

This part applies if the home owner for a site in a residential park (the
"seller" ) on which a manufactured home is positioned proposes—

(a) to sell the home to a person (the
"buyer" ); and

(b) to assign the seller’s interest in the site agreement for the site (the
"seller’s interest" ) to the buyer.
