Buyer to be given disclosure documents before park owner consents
48A Buyer to be given disclosure documents before park owner consents
The park owner must not consent to the assignment of the seller’s interest
to the buyer unless the park owner has given the buyer the disclosure
documents for the site— (a) at least 21 days before giving the consent (the
"default notice period" ); or
(b) if under section 48B the buyer waives the
right to be given the disclosure documents in the default notice period—at
least 7 days before giving the consent.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—200
penalty units.
