How lessor terminates the lease
46I How lessor terminates the lease
(1) The lessor terminates the lease by giving the lessee a written notice (a
"lessor’s termination notice" ) under this section.
(2) A lessor’s
termination notice must state— (a) sufficient details of the proposed
demolition to indicate a genuine proposal to demolish the building within a
reasonably practicable time after the lease is terminated; and
(b) the day on
which the lease terminates (the
"termination day" ).
(3) The notice must be given at least 6 months before
the termination day.
