RACING INTEGRITY ACT 2016 - SECT 202
Power to require information
(1) This section applies if an authorised officer reasonably believes— (a)
an animal welfare offence, or another offence against this Act or the
Racing Act, has been committed; and
(b) a person may be able to give
information about the offence.
(2) The authorised officer may, by notice
given to the person, require the person to give the authorised officer
information related to the offence at a stated reasonable time and place.
(3)
For information that is an electronic document, compliance with the
requirement requires the giving of a clear image or written version of the
electronic document.
(4) In this section—
"information" includes a document.
