WATER AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2007 No. 57 - SECT 48

48 Amendment of s128H (Obligations of person who services on-site sewerage facility)

(1) Section 128H, heading, after 'facility'--

insert--

'or greywater treatment plant'.

(2) Section 128H(1), 'on-site sewerage facility'--

omit, insert--

'on-site sewerage facility or greywater treatment plant'.

(3) Section 128H, after 'the facility'--

insert--

'or plant'.
