Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If an order is made under section 167(1) in relation to an indictable offence, the Supreme Court may order that a proceeding in respect of a charge against the accused for a summary offence be transferred from the Supreme Court to the County Court.
(2) If an order is made under section 167(2) in relation to an indictable offence, the Supreme Court may order that a proceeding in respect of a charge against the accused for a summary offence be transferred from the County Court to the Supreme Court.
