Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A person in an alpine resort must not possess or carry a firearm, bow or missile.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) A person in an alpine resort must not use a firearm, bow or missile.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) Subregulations (1) and (2) do not apply to a person who is acting under an authority issued under subregulation (4).
(4) The Board of an alpine resort may issue an authority authorising a person to possess, carry or use a firearm, bow or missile in the alpine resort.
