Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The Board of an alpine resort may by determination set aside an area of the alpine resort as an area where the possession or consumption of liquor is prohibited.
(2) A person must not possess or consume liquor in an area set aside under subregulation (1) where the possession or consumption of liquor is prohibited.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
