NATURE CONSERVATION ACT 2014 - SECT 175

In this Act:

"reserve management plan", for a reserve—

        (a)     means a plan for the reserve, notified under section 184 (Draft reserve management plan—Minister's approval and notification); and

        (b)     if the reserve includes a Ramsar wetland—includes a Ramsar wetlands management plan for the wetland.

Note 1     Ramsar wetland —see  s 190.
Ramsar wetland management plan , for a Ramsar wetland—see  s 191.

Note 2     The power to make a plan includes the power to amend or repeal the plan. The power to amend or repeal the plan is exercisable in the same way, and subject to the same conditions, as the power to make the plan (see Legislation Act

, s 46).
