URBAN FOREST ACT 2023 - SECT 302

    (1)     This section applies if, immediately before the commencement day, a person has an approval under the repealed Act

, division 3.3 (Approved activities).

    (2)     The approval—

        (a)     continues in force until the time when, under the repealed Act

, it would have ended; and

        (b)     may be extended once under the repealed Act

as if the repealed Act

were still in force if the application for the extension is made—

              (i)     before the approval expires; and

              (ii)     not later than 6 months after the commencement day.
