URBAN FOREST ACT 2023 - SECT 89

Tree management plans—doing groundwork in protection zone

    (1)     An entity providing a utility service must provide a tree management plan to the decision-maker before starting any groundwork in—

        (a)     the protection zone for a protected tree; or

        (b)     a declared site.

    (2)     In this section:

"utility service"—see the Utilities Act 2000
