(1) This part applies, with necessary changes, in relation to a subpoena issued under the
title="A1986-84">Commercial Arbitration Actfor an arbitration as if—
(a) a reference to a subpoena were a reference to a subpoena issued under the
title="A1986-84">Commercial Arbitration Act; and
(b) a reference to a proceeding were a reference to the arbitration; and
(c) a reference to the registrar in rule 6606 (4) (b), rule 6607, rule 6609 and rule 6610 were a reference to the arbitral tribunal for the arbitration; and
(d) a reference to the court in rule 6607A, rule 6608, rule 6609, rule 6610 and rule 6611 were a reference to the arbitral tribunal for the arbitration.
(2) In this rule:
"arbitral tribunal", for a subpoena, means the arbitral tribunal for the arbitration in relation to which the subpoena was issued.
"Commercial Arbitration Act "means the title="A2017-7">Commercial Arbitration Act 2017
