Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person or thing is taken to have been exposed to another person or thing if the first - mentioned person or thing has been, or is likely to have been:
(a) in physical contact with; or
(b) in close proximity to; or
(c) exposed to contamination, infestation or infection from;
the other person or thing.
(2) In this section:
"thing" includes goods, a conveyance and premises.
