AIRPORTS (CONTROL OF ON-AIRPORT ACTIVITIES) REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 4BW

  (1)   A person must not sell or supply liquor at an airport to a minor.

Penalty:

  (a)   if the offender is a licensee, sub - licensee, nominee or corporation--50 penalty units; and

  (b)   in any other case--5 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subregulation   (1) is:

  (a)   a strict liability offence; and

  (b)   an infringement notice offence.
