AIRPORTS (CONTROL OF ON-AIRPORT ACTIVITIES) REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 4BX

Consumption of liquor by minors

  (1)   A minor must not consume liquor at an airport.

Penalty:   5 penalty units.

  (2)   An offence against subregulation   (1) is:

  (a)   a strict liability offence; and

  (b)   an infringement notice offence.
