(1) A minor must not represent himself or herself to be an adult in order to:
(a) acquire or consume liquor at an airport; or
(b) enter or remain on licensed premises at an airport in contravention of a provision of this Part or a licence condition.
(2) An offence against subregulation (1) is:
(a) a strict liability offence; and
(b) an infringement notice offence.
