Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) This Division applies to a student pilot licence issued under Part 5 of CAR only if the holder of the licence passed a general flying progress test under Part 5 of CAR before 1 September 2014.
(2) For this Division, the student pilot licence is taken to be equivalent to a recreational pilot licence.
