Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The Regulator may withdraw its acceptance of a well operations management plan for the titleholder, even if the titleholder has been convicted of an offence, because of a failure to comply with a provision of the Act, these Regulations or other regulations made under the Act.
(2) If the Regulator withdraws its acceptance of a well operations management plan, the withdrawal does not prevent the titleholder from being convicted of an offence because of a failure to comply with a provision of the Act, these Regulations or other regulations made under the Act.
