Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations(1) The amendments made by items 7, 14, 15, 16 and 33 of Schedule 2 to the Therapeutic Goods Legislation Amendment (2018 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2018 apply in relation to requests or applications made on or after the commencement of this regulation.
(2) The amendments made by items 26 to 32 of Schedule 2 to the Therapeutic Goods Legislation Amendment (2018 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2018 do not apply in relation to requests or applications made before the commencement of this regulation.
