Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Division 5 of Part 2 and regulation 48, as
in force immediately before the commencement of Part 1 of Schedule
4 to the Therapeutic Goods Legislation Amendment (2018 Measures No.
1) Regulations 2018 , continue to apply on and after that
commencement in relation to an order given under subregulation 9(1)
before that commencement.
