BANKRUPTCY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 119 of 1987 - SECT 87
Petition for administration under this Part by person administering deceased person's estate
87. Section 247 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(1) "in accordance with the prescribed form and".
