ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 14
Outline of this Part
14.(1) This Part provides for listing the native species, ecological
communities and threatening processes with which this Act is concerned.
(2) Division 1 provides for Schedules 1 to 3 to set out lists of native
species, ecological communities and key threatening processes.
(3) Division 2 describes the procedure by which the Minister may amend the
lists.
(4) Division 3 describes how the lists are to be made public.
