ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 15
Lists of native species
15.(1) Part 1 of Schedule 1 contains a list of native species that are
endangered.
(2) Part 2 of Schedule 1 contains a list of native species that are
vulnerable.
(3) Part 3 of Schedule 1 contains a list of native species that are presumed
extinct. Note: Section 87 imposes obligations relating to
listed native species.
