ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 173

173. Without limiting paragraph 17(1)(e) of the National Parks and Wildlife 
Conservation Act 1975 , the Director's powers under that paragraph extend to
the establishment and maintenance of an organisation and a fund for the
purposes of promoting and encouraging financial support from the public for
the recovery and conservation of listed native species and listed ecological
communities.
