FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 63 of 1976 - SECT 15

15. Section 30 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(a) the words ''the Supreme Court of a State'' and substituting the words ''a
Family Court of a State or the Supreme Court of a State or Territory''.
