FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 63 of 1976 - SECT 9

9. Section 16 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted:- Advice as to counselling.
''16. (1) The Principal Director of Court Counselling of the Family Court may
advertise the existence and availability of the counselling and welfare
facilities of the Family Court and of other courts having jurisdiction under
this Act.

''(2) A party to a marriage may seek the assistance of the counselling
facilities of the Family Court or of a Family Court of a State, and the
Principal Director of Court Counselling of the Family Court or an appropriate
officer of the Family Court of that State, as the case may be, shall, as far
as practicable, make those facilities available.''.
