FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 63 of 1976 - SECT 8

8. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by inserting in sub-section (1), after the word ''Court'' (first
occurring), the words ''or in a Family Court of a State'';

(b) by omitting from sub-section (1) the words ''the Family Court'' (last
occurring) and substituting the words ''that Court''; and

(c) by omitting from sub-section (2) the words ''the Director of Counselling
and Welfare of the Family Court'' and substituting the words ''the Principal
Director of Court Counselling of the Family Court or an appropriate officer of
the Family Court of that State, as the case may be,''.
