LIFE INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 32 of 1977 - SECT 30

30. (1) Section 112 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
paragraph (c) the words ''the amount payable under the Seventh Schedule'' and
substituting the words ''the prescribed amount as defined by section 108''.

(2) The amendment of section 112 of the Principal Act effected by sub-section
(1) does not apply to policies issued before the commencement of this section.
