LIFE INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 32 of 1977 - SECT 31

31. (1) Section 119 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-section (4) the figures ''$1,000'' and substituting the words ''$3,000 or
such other amount as is prescribed for the purposes of this section''.

(2) Section 119 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(8) the words ''the Court, or the Supreme Court or a County Court, District
Court or Local Court of Full Jurisdiction of a State or Territory,'' and
substituting the words ''the Supreme Court or a County Court, District Court
or Local Court of Full Jurisdiction of a State or Territory''.
