SOCIAL SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 128, 1978 - SECT 19

19. (1) Section 83A of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (b) of the definition of ''deceased child'' in
sub-section (1) '' but was under the age of twenty-five years''.

(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) does not apply in relation to a
deceased person whose death occurred before the commencement of this section.
