SOCIAL SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 37, 1982 - SECT 22

Payment of family allowance to other person, &c. 
22. Section 100 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting ''an endowment'' and substituting ''a family
allowance''; and

         (b)  by omitting ''the endowee'' and substituting ''the person to
whom the family allowance was granted''.
