SOCIAL SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 37, 1982 - SECT 28

28. Section 104 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from sub-sections (2), (3) and (4) ''An endowment''
and substituting ''A family allowance'';

         (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) ''the endowment'' and
substituting ''the family allowance'';

         (c)  by omitting from sub-section (3) ''an endowment'' (wherever
occurring) and substituting ''a family allowance''; and

         (d)  by omitting from sub-section (5) ''an endowment'' and
substituting ''a family allowance''.
