SOCIAL SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 37, 1982 - SECT 29

Notification of certain events 
29. Section 104A of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting ''an endowee'' and substituting ''a person to whom
family allowance has been granted''; and

         (b)  by omitting ''the endowee'' (wherever occurring) and
substituting ''that person''.
