SOCIAL SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 37, 1982 - SECT 27

27. Section 103B of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting ''an endowee'' and substituting ''a person to whom
family allowance has been granted'';

         (b)  by omitting ''endowment'' (wherever occurring) and substituting
''family allowance''; and

         (c)  by omitting ''to the endowee'' (wherever occurring).
