SOCIAL SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1982 No. 37, 1982 - SECT 39

39. Section 105Q of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1A) ''an endowment'' and
substituting ''a family allowance'';

         (b)  by omitting from sub-section (1A) ''an endowee within the
meaning of that Part'' and substituting ''a person to whom family allowance
has been granted under that Part'';

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (2) ''an endowment'' and substituting ''a
        family allowance''; and

   (d)  by omitting from sub-section (2) ''the endowment'' and substituting
        ''the family allowance''.
