1995 No. 27 AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS CODE REGULATIONS - REG 7

Definition of "agricultural chemical product"-section 4 of the Code
7. (1) For the purposes of subsection 4 (3) of the Code, a substance or
mixture of substances included in any of the following classes of substances
or mixtures of substances is declared to be an agricultural chemical product:

   (a)  dairy cleansers for on-farm use;

   (b)  any substance used in conjunction with an
        agricultural chemical product to identify areas treated with that
        product;

   (c)  insect repellents for use on human beings.

(2) For the purposes of paragraph 4 (4) (b) of the Code, a substance or
mixture of substances included in a class of substances or mixtures of
substances specified in Column 2 of an item in Schedule 3 is declared not to
be an agricultural chemical product.
