Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) In this regulation:
"leviable SESSF GHT trap fishing permit" means a fishing permit for fishing in the Commonwealth Scalefish Hook Sector by means of fish traps (being a fishing permit that is in force on or after 1 January 2006 and on or before 31 December 2006), but does not include such a fishing permit that is subject to a condition requiring the boat nominated for the permit to be the nominated boat in relation to a boat statutory fishing right granted under the Plan.
(2) For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF GHT trap fishing permit is $3 011.34.
