FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 41

         (1)   In this regulation:

"leviable SESSF GAB trawl boat SFR" means a GAB Trawl boat statutory fishing right that is in force on 1 January 2006.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF GAB trawl boat SFR is $46 408.82.

Note    The research component of the levy is $3 294.62.
