FISHING LEVY REGULATIONS 2005 (SLI NO 282 OF 2005) - REG 45

         (1)   In this regulation:

"leviable SESSF trawl boat SFR" means a trawl boat statutory fishing right that is in force on 1 January 2006.

         (2)   For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF trawl boat SFR is $4 751.51.

Note    There is no research component of the levy.
