Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) In this regulation:
"leviable SESSF type T quota SFR" means a type T quota statutory fishing right that is in force on 1 January 2006.
(2) For section 6 of the Levy Act, the amount of levy payable for a leviable SESSF type T quota SFR to take a particular species, or a particular species in a particular sector or zone, is the amount specified in table 47 for that species, or that species and sector or zone, as the case requires.
