FISHING LEVY REGULATION 2014 (SLI NO 178 OF 2014) - REG 14

             (1)  In this instrument:

"leviable NPF gear SFR" means a gear SFR that is:

                     (a)  granted under the Management Act for the Northern Prawn Fishery; and

                     (b)  in force at any time during the period starting on the commencement of this instrument and ending on 30 June 2015.

             (2)  The amount of levy in respect of a leviable NPF gear SFR is $60.88.
