1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 2.42

2.42. (1) This Division applies to:

   (a)  a regulated superannuation fund that is not an eligible rollover fund;
        and

   (b)  an approved deposit fund that is not an eligible rollover fund.

(2) This Division is subject to the exception concerning an exit reporting
period, in the case of certain members who cease to be members of a fund, that
is stated in regulation 2.48.

(3) For the purposes of subsections 31 (1) and 32 (1) of the Act, a
requirement of this Division is a standard applicable to the operation of a
fund that is a regulated superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund.
